Our standard delivery orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with shipping times of 3-5 business days for standard shipping, 1-2 business days for express, and next business day for overnight shipping. International orders are processed within 2-3 business days, with delivery times of 10-15 business days for standard shipping and 5-7 business days for express shipping. Please note that international orders may incur customs and duties, which are the customer's responsibility. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, which may take up to 48 hours to update. Be aware that some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. We will provide instructions on where to send your return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please contact us immediately. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
